Job Summary:

TSR Concrete Coatings & NextLevel Concrete Coatings have joined ReVamp Companies. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our polyurea concrete coatings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, experience with concrete coatings and flooring solutions, and a passion for building relationships with clients. We have experienced rapid growth within the last 6 years, and we’re looking for a great addition to the team! This is a full-time, commission-based position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients
  • We provide 3-5 preset appointments per day
  • NO COLD CALLING - Self generated sales are encouraged
  • Weekly Commission on sales and monthly sales bonus program
  • Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities
  • Present and promote our polyurea concrete coating solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments
  • Our company has embraced the digital age and opportunities will be given to the individuals that show aptitude with digital contracts, Ipads, and cloud based software!

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outside sales experience, with a focus on concrete coatings and flooring solutions is always welcomed
  • In-home sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets & closing sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 per year
